The Fundraising Competences (FC) taught at the Master are those necessary for a fundraising operator as established by the Scientific Committee of the master in Fundraising, Faculty of Economics of Forlì, University of Bologna and according to the EFA (European Fundraising Association) elaboration and the content of the CFRE (Certificate Fundraising Executive) international certification. In the menu on the side you can find a complete description of the fundraising competences. The following tables allow a cross-reference among subjects and Fundraising Competences. The four fundraising competences identified are:
- FC 1 – Develop the case for fundraising (FR Case)
- FC 1.1 : identify the fundraising needs of a nonprofit organization
- FC 1.2 : create the case
- FC 1.3 : present the case
- FC 2 – Management of the nonprofit organization (ONP Mgt)
- FC 2.1 : research and analyse information supporting an organization fundraising strategy
- FC 2.2 : plan, organize and define the resources necessary for fundraising
- FC 2.3 : manage a good relation with suppliers
- FC 3 – Fundraising management del fundraising (FR Mgt)
- FC 3.1 : develop a fundraising strategy
- FC 3.2 : problem solving
- FC 3.3 : realize the fundraising
- FC 3.4: evaluate the fundraising strategy effectiveness
- FC 3.5 : evaluate the fundraising effectiveness
- FC 4 – People management (RU)
- FC 4.1 : self-management
- FC 4.2 : cooperate with other people in order to achieve the organization goals
